We are excited to share our recent participation in the AIS Congress at Le Corum – Palais de Congrès in #Montpellier, where our own Giuseppe Roscilli and Alessia Muzi presented the results of our latest #research projects in #antibody production and purification.
The first one that we shared was “Efficient Generation, B Cell Isolation, and High-Throughput Production for Monoclonal Antibodies”.
This research highlights innovative technologies such as DNA-EGT for generating high-quality monoclonal antibodies. By combining the screening of antibody phenotypes and antigen specificity from primary B cells, we offer a cost-effective platform for identifying and isolating antigen-specific antibodies.
The second one was “High-Throughput Microscale Antibodies Production and Purification to Accelerate Antibody Discovery”.
This poster focuses on high-throughput antibody production and purification, which allows parallel processing of multiple samples in small volumes. This approach saves time and resources while enabling rapid screening of a large panel of recombinant monoclonal antibodies. Our optimized workflow can batch purify over 1000 antibodies per week, ensuring high-quality results comparable to conventional column purification methods.
Our innovative methods not only streamline the #production process but also enhance the quality and efficiency of antibody research and therapeutic applications.
